Just average, sadly
frustrating communication early access
The breakfast buffet offered a NICE selection.
The communication regarding early check-in was REALLY frustrating. I received multiple messages stating check-in began at 3pm, despite my attempt to arrange an earlier time. They charged me for early access and later refunded it, but it seemed like such a hassle. The lady who processed the refund acted like it was my FAULT.

blocked light friendly staff convenient location
My room included shutters that completely blocked light. This ensured restful sleep. Staff addressed guests by name, A NICE touch. There are many restaurants nearby. A Carrefour Express is also next door.
The breakfast area sometimes felt a little crowded. EVERYTHING else was great.

My room was spacious with a nice alexa speaker. It was a nice touch! the hotel location made it easy to explore. the staff was helpful and addressed me by name. That was a great detail.

The hotel staff demonstrated attentiveness. They were always willing to assist guests. They addressed everyone using their names. the guest relations team were excellent, providing valuable support throughout my stay. breakfast service offered many selections.
